Optum Advisory ("we," "us," or "our") is a consulting practice within Optum, Inc., a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use, and share information when you visit this Site.

4. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months to support follow-up, unless a client relationship is established (in which case our standard client data retention policies apply). Google Analytics 4 data is retained for 14 months per default settings.
5. Cookies and Tracking
This Site uses:
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) — to understand aggregate site usage. These do not identify you personally. You may opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on .
- Functional cookies — session cookies required for the Site to operate correctly. These are deleted when you close your browser.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect information collected through this Site. Contact form data is transmitted via HTTPS. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This Site may link to third-party websites (LinkedIn, Advisory Board, Optum.com). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.
9. Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
